Description
The ISOL-EX stripping device is used in the winding industry, for engine repairs and for radio and TV repairs. Copper wires, wires with a silk and glass fiber covering and wires with PVC insulation can be stripped. The contact pressure of the knives is created by centrifugal force. The speed can be infinitely adjusted. The setting of the wire thickness is regulated via the speed (thin wire –> high speed; thick wire –> low speed). The knives are made of hard metal, which ensures a long service life. The stripping device is connected directly to the 230 V, 50 Hz mains voltage.
The handling of the device is very simple. Insert the wire between the knives, press the switch button and slowly retract the wire after the knives have closed like a funnel. If necessary, the wire can also be moved back and forth slightly.
The work process is essentially the same for all other tools.
